Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download and use the Pea2Bee app ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to the terms below. We keep them short so they are easy to read.

01Account & device

Your data is tied to your Apple ID / Google account. You are responsible for keeping that device and account secure.

02Your content

Your logs, photos and notes belong to you. Pea2Bee only stores and shows them back to you and does not use them for any other purpose. See also our Privacy Policy.

03Premium (auto-renewable subscription)

Pea2Bee Premium comes in two plans: Premium Month (monthly) and Premium Yearly (yearly). Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage or cancel anytime: on iPhone go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; on Android go to Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app to get Premium back on a new device.

04Health information

Content in Pea2Bee is for reference only and does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor. See our Medical Disclaimer.

05Not allowed

Copying, reselling, reverse-engineering or tampering with the app.

Using Pea2Bee for any unlawful purpose.

06Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Pea2Bee is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

07App store terms

For copies downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. For copies downloaded from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.

08Changes to these terms

When these terms change, Pea2Bee will let you know in the app and update the date on this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new version.
